The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marco Langenbach to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Weijereind S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Robert-Jan de Jong. In the 89th minute Wesley Reitsma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Klaassen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Weijereind S.C.'s Wesley Reitsma nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edward Klaassen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1.
