The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Radomiak Radom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Vincent Haremeijer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stelian Ciuvică read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Radomiak Radom's zone, Geert Arend Wehkamp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stelian Ciuvică came out of the goal and Geert Arend Wehkamp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Dennis Buskermolen fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Gio de Backer acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Niclas Sule. Stelian Ciuvică showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geert Arend Wehkamp in the 32nd minute of the match. After 32 minutes, Thomas Rodenberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dejavu FC and the Radomiak Radom players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Dejavu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Rodenberg to maneuver through the defense. Gio de Backer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luc Hilhorst went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Vincent Haremeijer made the kick off in the second half. If Vincent Haremeijer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gio de Backer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Co Velthuis in the 58th minute of the match. Gio de Backer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Geert Arend Wehkamp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Stelian Ciuvică made a huge save. Radomiak Radom's Stelian Ciuvică proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Radomiak Radom from getting a goal against them. Gio de Backer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Co Velthuis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radomiak Radom's Luc Hilhorst got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Radomiak Radom were the better team. Radomiak Radom's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
