Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sjoerd Helwig kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Maikel Redan notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Weena's Gerben Eylens. Gerben Eylens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of SV Spakenburg booed when Weena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gooitzen Witting didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damario Villaboa in the 10th minute of play forced Weena's goalkeeper Gerben Eylens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Sjoerd Helwig put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gerben Eylens. Ab Spiering kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Gerben Eylens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maikel Redan in the 23rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, SV Spakenburg's Gerben Eylens threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maikel Redan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Pragt got free with Gerben Eylens in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Maikel Redan took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Gerben Eylens to make any attempt to save it. Gerben Eylens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sjoerd Helwig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, SV Spakenburg's Gerben Eylens threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maikel Redan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 45 minutes into the match, Weena's goalkeeper Gerben Eylens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Pragt. If Sjoerd Helwig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ab Spiering to make the kick off. Gerben Eylens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damario Villaboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Gerben Eylens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maikel Redan in the 56th minute of play. When Damario Villaboa came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the SV Spakenburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damario Villaboa couldn't finish the play. Gerben Eylens came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by SV Spakenburg's Max Gerrits. But to his dismay, Max Gerrits quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Maikel Redan took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerben Eylens. Gerben Eylens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. A collision led to Weena getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ab Spiering hit a great ball. Gerben Eylens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maikel Redan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Weena's goal looked a bit too open when Maikel Redan came free, but Gerben Eylens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Sjoerd Helwig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerben Eylens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Weena's goalkeeper Gerben Eylens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, SV Spakenburg's goalkeeper Orlando Knauer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gio Sloothaak. Gerben Eylens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maikel Redan in the 93rd minute of the match. Gerben Eylens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maikel Redan in the 95th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Weena's goal looked a bit too open when Maikel Redan came free, but Gerben Eylens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Sjoerd Helwig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerben Eylens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SV Spakenburg's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
