Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sjoerd Helwig started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Ramon de Backer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otto Onderwater came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by SV Spakenburg's Sjoerd Helwig. But to his dismay, Sjoerd Helwig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joop Houtman in the 11th minute of play forced SV Spakenburg's goalkeeper Orlando Knauer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Ramon de Backer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute John Bosman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Knauer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th match minute, SV Spakenburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stef van Zonderen to maneuver through the defense. SV Spakenburg's Orlando Knauer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joop Houtman in the 29th minute of play. Martijn Bijl charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martijn Bijl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Martijn Bijl. Maikel Redan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Otto Onderwater having to make a save. Max Gerrits who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Otto Onderwater when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Frank Pragt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Damario Villaboa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Otto Onderwater. The goal made the score 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joop Houtman to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Maikel Redan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otto Onderwater saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SV Spakenburg getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Stef van Zonderen hit a great ball. Decathlon Dudes's Jacques Smits got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, Maikel Redan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Otto Onderwater was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Decathlon Dudes's Otto Onderwater played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damario Villaboa in the 65th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacques Smits during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacques Smits to maneuver through the defense. Otto Onderwater stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Max Gerrits's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Otto Onderwater took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sjoerd Helwig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Decathlon Dudes's John Bosman got a free kick in the 91st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Decathlon Dudes's zone, Frank Pragt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Otto Onderwater came out of the goal and Frank Pragt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the game, Ramon de Backer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Decathlon Dudes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Spakenburg the free kick. SV Spakenburg made a substitution. Karsten Zwart replaced Sjoerd Helwig. In the 97th match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon de Backer to maneuver through the defense. In the 98th minute of the match Maikel Redan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Otto Onderwater showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SV Spakenburg fully deserved thier win.
