Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) S.C. Potentia's Kristján Kipper started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes S.C. Potentia got a freekick which was hit by Roman Pitin. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kristján Kipper in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Soer saved Mosk from getting behind. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mosk's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roman Pitin was slow to take the kick. During this time S.C. Potentia's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Roman Pitin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mosk's Martin Soer did a great save. In the 8th minute Berry Korevaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathijs Tevreden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 13th minute, but Martin Soer got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Mosk hanging dry this time. In the 17th minute, Roman Pitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivo Deijnen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathijs Tevreden having to interfere. Martin Soer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristján Kipper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristján Kipper in the 28th minute of play forced Mosk's goalkeeper Martin Soer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Messi kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Martin Soer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristján Kipper in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mosk's goalkeeper Martin Soer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Martin Soer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristján Kipper, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Roman Pitin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Kristján Kipper notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Mosk's Martin Soer. Martin Soer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ed Seinstra was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristján Kipper in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Soer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to S.C. Potentia getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Roman Pitin hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Kristján Kipper notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mosk's Martin Soer. Martin Soer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kristján Kipper's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Soer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. S.C. Potentia were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Mosk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roman Pitin took the corner. The corner led S.C. Potentia's Roman Pitin to fire away a dangerous shot which Martin Soer despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Martin Soer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kristján Kipper went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, S.C. Potentia's Roman Pitin got a free kick in the 74th minute. A collision led to S.C. Potentia getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Szczepan Figlewski hit a great ball. Mosk's Steven Fransen shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 75th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mathijs Tevreden but with some difficulty. In the 79th minute of the match Herbert Gabler shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Soer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 84 played minutes Mosk got a freekick which was hit by Menno Adams. Mosk made a substitution. Mario van Westerop replaced Berend Coopman. Mosk's Ted Winter was substituted for Henk Appeldoorn. In the 85th match minute, Mosk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Menno Adams to maneuver through the defense. Kristján Kipper might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Martin Soer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kristján Kipper ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 91stth minute of the game Kristján Kipper who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mosk's Martin Soer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Steven Fransen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Mathijs Tevreden made a huge save. In the 97th minute, Ramazan Mirza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Mosk's Ed Seinstra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mathijs Tevreden. That made the score 3-2 after 98 minutes of play. Mosk's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because S.C. Potentia had won, even though Mosk had held more of the ball.
