Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Niels Rooy kicked off to start the match. Jan Wessel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niels Rooy in the 3rd minute of the match. The Maquis's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zhuo Feng Lei in the 4th minute. After taking down the ball on The Maquis's corner Anthony Mancini fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jan Wessel quite easily take care of the ball. Jan Wessel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niels Rooy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walther Jano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dolf Schoonderwoerd went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Dolf Schoonderwoerd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Walther Jano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute Niels Rooy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Wessel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niels Rooy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Wessel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Dolf Schoonderwoerd took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walther Jano. Walther Jano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The Maquis's Walther Jano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piearres Olalla in the 25th minute of play. Jan Wessel came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by The Maquis's Niels Rooy. But to his dismay, Niels Rooy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When Niels Rooy came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the The Maquis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niels Rooy couldn't finish the play. Jan Wessel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niels Rooy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to The Underdogs getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Dolf Schoonderwoerd hit a great ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Niels Rooy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Maquis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niels Rooy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niels Rooy struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Jan Wessel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Maquis. The supporters of The Underdogs booed when The Maquis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lech Dudek didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to The Maquis getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Zhuo Feng Lei hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Piearres Olalla to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niels Rooy in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Wessel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niels Rooy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niels Rooy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Wessel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, The Underdogs's goal looked a bit too open when Niels Rooy came free, but Jan Wessel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Wessel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niels Rooy's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Jan Wessel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niels Rooy in the 74th minute of the match. Jan Wessel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niels Rooy in the 75th minute of play. When The Maquis's Niels Rooy in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Underdogs's goalie prevented a goal. Zhuo Feng Lei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 83 minutes into the match, The Underdogs's Dolf Schoonderwoerd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walther Jano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 84 played minutes The Underdogs got a freekick which was hit by André Luiz Linares. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piearres Olalla in the 85th minute of play forced The Maquis's goalkeeper Walther Jano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87thth minute of the game Niels Rooy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Underdogs's Jan Wessel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th minute, Niels Rooy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th match minute, The Underdogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ate Kloppenburg to maneuver through the defense. The The Maquis players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
