A collision led to FC Kirchroa getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Flavius Pantea hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Bernard Kolano made a precise shot to the right of Aad Zoethout. FC Kirchroa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ramon María Quintana might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Falco Pruischer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramon María Quintana ran back to his position shaking his head. Aad Zoethout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wen Bo Yang in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, FC Kirchroa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriaan van Schaik to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 20 minutes, Bernard Kolano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Who Ate All Depay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernard Kolano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Falco Pruischer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavius Pantea in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Who Ate All Depay's goalkeeper Falco Pruischer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th minute Alex Volponi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aad Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kirchroa's zone, Alex Volponi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aad Zoethout came out of the goal and Alex Volponi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flavius Pantea struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Falco Pruischer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kirchroa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Volponi in the 36th minute of play forced FC Kirchroa's goalkeeper Aad Zoethout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes FC Kirchroa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tor-Egil Gjertsen who took care of the corner kick. Aad Zoethout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor-Egil Gjertsen in the 38th minute of the match. The supporters of Who Ate All Depay booed when FC Kirchroa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon María Quintana didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Who Ate All Depay getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Pieter Koole hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the match, FC Kirchroa's Olof Hegg broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Wen Bo Yang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th match minute, Who Ate All Depay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Ado to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernard Kolano made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Volponi got free with Aad Zoethout in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Aad Zoethout managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Who Ate All Depay's Alex Volponi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Who Ate All Depay fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Who Ate All Depay's Alex Volponi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bernard Kolano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roel Ravenbergen replaced Bernard Kolano. A nice corner shot did that Tor-Egil Gjertsen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aad Zoethout quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aad Zoethout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Volponi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aad Zoethout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Volponi in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79thth minute of the game Flavius Pantea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Who Ate All Depay's Falco Pruischer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aad Zoethout was a little too slow when Wen Bo Yang got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-3. Ramon María Quintana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aad Zoethout was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Roel Ravenbergen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roel Ravenbergen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Who Ate All Depay eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
