Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Angelo Christophoro started the match with the kick off. If Cleaven Denaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Qala Athletics's David Gellel got a free kick in the 6th minute. Cleaven Denaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Malcolm Micallef Enyaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xandru Accardo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Charlon Seracino Inglott sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Eleven Wonders's Nathan Roberts didn't even have to move. When Carmel Aber fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eleven Wonders's protests and gave Carmel Aber a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Eleven Wonders got a freekick which was hit by Carmel Aber. After 15 minutes of play, Qala Athletics's Malcolm Micallef Enyaud made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nathan Roberts was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th minute Malcolm Micallef Enyaud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathan Roberts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Giorgio Petrocochino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Eleven Wonders's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Micallef Enyaud came free, but Nathan Roberts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 minutes, Steve Bajo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Qala Athletics and the Eleven Wonders players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 29 played minutes Qala Athletics got a freekick which was hit by Steve Bajo. Nathan Roberts stood somewhat misplaced when Malcolm Micallef Enyaud came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 31 minute. In the 36th minute, Steve Bajo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 39 minutes, Angelo Christophoro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eleven Wonders's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Christophoro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cleaven Denaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 46 minutes, Cleaven Denaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eleven Wonders's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cleaven Denaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 47 played minutes Qala Athletics got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm Micallef Enyaud. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Tanti to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Martin Tanti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nathan Roberts was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 57th minute, Cleaven Denaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregory Privitelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After a rather tough play, Eleven Wonders's Angelo Christophoro got a free kick in the 59th minute. Cleaven Denaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Tanti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cleaven Denaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregory Privitelli having to interfere. Angelo Christophoro might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gregory Privitelli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angelo Christophoro ran back to his position shaking his head. If Cleaven Denaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelo Christophoro in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregory Privitelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Qala Athletics's Martin Tanti got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Qala Athletics's Gregory Privitelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Christophoro in the 89th minute of play. Cleaven Denaro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregory Privitelli having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Angelo Christophoro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gregory Privitelli. That made the score 2-2 in the 93 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ian Cricchiola during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 97th match minute, Eleven Wonders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Cricchiola to maneuver through the defense. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
