With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fiobian Magri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Angelo Tagliaferro put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fiobian Magri. Angelo Tagliaferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mtarfa United booed when Ta Xbiex United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerard Satariano didn't get a good kick on the ball.
