Jurgen Chircop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indrì Bisazza in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to Birkirkara getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Luigi Sant' Angelo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Birkirkara's Michele Cricchiola got a free kick in the 14th minute. Zach Herrera was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 15th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jurgen Chircop showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Indrì Bisazza in the 20th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Nathaniel Cassar Desain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31stth minute of the game Nathaniel Cassar Desain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Parisot FC's Jurgen Chircop was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Matthew Nappa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clayton Vancell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarcisio Galea having to interfere. Tarcisio Galea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clayton Vancell in the 38th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clayton Vancell got free with Tarcisio Galea in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 47 minutes into the match, Clayton Vancell notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Birkirkara's Tarcisio Galea. Tarcisio Galea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Nathaniel Cassar Desain made the kick off in the second half. Indrì Bisazza struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Jurgen Chircop didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Birkirkara. Birkirkara's Tarcisio Galea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthew Nappa in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Matthew Nappa made a precise shot to the right of Tarcisio Galea. Birkirkara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 63 minutes of play, Parisot FC's Matthew Nappa made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tarcisio Galea was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Nathaniel Cassar Desain kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jurgen Chircop. That made the score 3-1 in the 68 minute of play. Clayton Vancell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Birkirkara's zone, Matthew Nappa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tarcisio Galea came out of the goal and Matthew Nappa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the match, Birkirkara's goal looked a bit too open when Clayton Vancell came free, but Tarcisio Galea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tarcisio Galea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matthew Nappa's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Indrì Bisazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Birkirkara players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Parisot FC.
