The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dede Daci succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 3rd playminute. Allmir Micevski's late challenge caught a Gevgelija Pobeda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Allmir Micevski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gevgelija Pobeda booed when Neprošteno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allmir Micevski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16 played minutes Brane Aleksov shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Neprošteno's Ruse Cuculoski to catch but Brane Aleksov was lucky. It became 1-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. If Zlatan Halili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th minute, Dragutin Sofroniev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zlatan Halili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Blaže Novakov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zlatan Halili blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ruse Cuculoski having to make a save. The supporters of Gevgelija Pobeda booed when Neprošteno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allmir Micevski didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zlatan Halili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

A collision led to Gevgelija Pobeda getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Burim Danevski hit a great ball. Vegim Rugova made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blaže Novakov in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gevgelija Pobeda's zone, Dede Daci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vegim Rugova came out of the goal and Dede Daci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, Zlatan Halili notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Neprošteno's Ruse Cuculoski. Ruse Cuculoski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ruse Cuculoski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeton Sarev in the 69th minute of the match. If Jeton Sarev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Gevgelija Pobeda's goal looked a bit too open when Blaže Novakov came free, but Vegim Rugova reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milan Hodza during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th match minute, Gevgelija Pobeda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milan Hodza to maneuver through the defense. After 77 minutes of play, Neprošteno's Blaže Novakov made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vegim Rugova was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Neprošteno's Allmir Micevski got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Ruse Cuculoski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 84th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Brane Aleksov. Gevgelija Pobeda's Zlatan Halili got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Zlatan Halili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Jeton Sarev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gevgelija Pobeda's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeton Sarev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruse Cuculoski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Neprošteno's goalkeeper Ruse Cuculoski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ruse Cuculoski was a little too slow when Jeton Sarev got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 2-3. Gevgelija Pobeda's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
