The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gezim Nikiforovski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Valandovo defense, Vladislav Spasovski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armend Nano. The Valandovo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armend Nano should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute Veselin Nikiforovski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gezim Nikiforovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Svetozar Imeri during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
