In the 6th minute Milorad Aleksov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermir Zaharievski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luan Mladenov hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Milorad Aleksov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute, Emilijano Nikolov made a precise shot to the right of Ermir Zaharievski. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Filip Dimiškovski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vataša Sloga's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Dimiškovski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Makaraie Cuculoski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vuk Mihailovič sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Filip Dimiškovski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vataša Sloga's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Dimiškovski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Makaraie Cuculoski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Vataša Sloga's zone, Milorad Aleksov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermir Zaharievski came out of the goal and Milorad Aleksov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ermir Zaharievski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilijano Nikolov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vuk Mihailovič to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Filip Dimiškovski sped through Orizari FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Makaraie Cuculoski. Filip Dimiškovski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Makaraie Cuculoski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Orizari FK's Ermir Zaharievski threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Milorad Aleksov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ermir Zaharievski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milorad Aleksov in the 67th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vataša Sloga's Dejan Smilenski got a free kick in the 68th minute. If Vuk Mihailovič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 played minutes Orizari FK got a freekick which was hit by Alek Hodza. In the 88th minute, Emilijano Nikolov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milorad Aleksov was extremely unlucky when he, in the 95th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
