Sonje Rabotnički's Georgi Trajcevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ditmir Grigorijevski in the 5th minute of play. If Božidar Zmejkovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kostadin Stamenov fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sonje Rabotnički's protests and gave Kostadin Stamenov a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th match minute, Sonje Rabotnički was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kostadin Stamenov to maneuver through the defense. Ditmir Grigorijevski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute Slavoljub Micevski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georgi Trajcevski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Sonje Rabotnički getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Kostadin Stamenov hit a great ball. When Niže Pole FK's Slavoljub Micevski in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sonje Rabotnički's goalkeeper Georgi Trajcevski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Božidar Zmejkovski struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Zlatko Brnjacevski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sonje Rabotnički. After 46 minutes, Slavoljub Micevski made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sonje Rabotnički's Georgi Trajcevski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Slavoljub Micevski to make the kick off. Božidar Zmejkovski's late challenge caught a Niže Pole FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Božidar Zmejkovski helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 54 minutes, Slavoljub Micevski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niže Pole FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Slavoljub Micevski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zlatko Brnjacevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Božidar Zmejkovski in the 56th minute of play. Zlatko Brnjacevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Božidar Zmejkovski in the 58th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Niže Pole FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tome Ignatovski to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Sonje Rabotnički's goalkeeper Georgi Trajcevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ditmir Grigorijevski. If Ditmir Grigorijevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Pejko Mitrev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slavoljub Micevski in the 71st minute of play forced Sonje Rabotnički's goalkeeper Georgi Trajcevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Božidar Zmejkovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niže Pole FK's Zlatko Brnjacevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Božidar Zmejkovski in the 76th minute of play. If Slavoljub Micevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes Sonje Rabotnički got a freekick which was hit by Panče Boškov. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Ditmir Grigorijevski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Niže Pole FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ditmir Grigorijevski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Georgi Trajcevski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Niže Pole FK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
