The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Breznica's Špëtim Taseski got control of the ball when Nove Fazliu tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nderim Carevski in the 9th minute of play forced Topolčani's goalkeeper Zoran Svetozarevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nove Fazliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Danail Trajanovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimir Rastkov kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. If Nove Fazliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nove Fazliu came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Špëtim Taseski could save by the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Špëtim Taseski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Špëtim Taseski came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Topolčani's Danail Trajanovski. But to his dismay, Danail Trajanovski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 32 minutes into the match, Topolčani's goal looked a bit too open when Trajan Ristani came free, but Zoran Svetozarevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramadan Nuhiji in the 35th minute of play forced Topolčani's goalkeeper Zoran Svetozarevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miron Micevski charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miron Micevski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute, Trajan Ristani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zoran Svetozarevski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Danail Trajanovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Danail Trajanovski to strike the kick off in the second half. Zoran Svetozarevski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramadan Nuhiji went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. When Breznica's Nderim Carevski in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Topolčani's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Topolčani's zone, Ramadan Nuhiji stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoran Svetozarevski came out of the goal and Ramadan Nuhiji tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Topolčani's goalkeeper Zoran Svetozarevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramadan Nuhiji. Nove Fazliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Špëtim Taseski having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Topolčani's goalkeeper Zoran Svetozarevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramadan Nuhiji. Vladimir Radovanov's late challenge caught a Topolčani's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vladimir Radovanov helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st minute, Vladimir Radovanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Špëtim Taseski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danail Trajanovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Ramadan Nuhiji sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th match minute, Topolčani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Stojmenov to maneuver through the defense. Zoran Svetozarevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nderim Carevski in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th match minute, Topolčani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miron Micevski to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Topolčani's zone, Ramadan Nuhiji stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoran Svetozarevski came out of the goal and Ramadan Nuhiji tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ramadan Nuhiji who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Zoran Svetozarevski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Ramadan Nuhiji kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zoran Svetozarevski. That made the score 1-3 in the 84 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Trajan Ristani during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Trajan Ristani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nove Fazliu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Špëtim Taseski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Nove Fazliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Špëtim Taseski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Breznica walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
