In the 5thth minute of the game Sima Vangelovski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rankovce's Projko Hristovski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Branslav Ignatovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Sima Vangelovski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gabrovnik FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sima Vangelovski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Projko Hristovski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Menduh Mitkov hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. A collision led to Gabrovnik FK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Destan Hamza hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Rankovce's Zoran Arsovski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Gabrovnik FK's goal looked a bit too open when Todor Frašeri came free, but Rajko Marku reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rajko Marku took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gorazd Dimitrov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gorazd Dimitrov was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Todor Frašeri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Rajko Marku made a huge save. 63 minutes into the game, Rankovce's Gorazd Dimitrov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rajko Marku made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 68 minutes in the game, Gorazd Dimitrov fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rajko Marku having to interfere. After having played for 77 minutes, Todor Frašeri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rankovce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Todor Frašeri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Sima Vangelovski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Projko Hristovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sima Vangelovski in the 82nd minute of play. When Vasil Angelov fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rankovce's protests and gave Vasil Angelov a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes Rankovce got a freekick which was hit by Vasil Angelov. Sima Vangelovski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Projko Hristovski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rankovce's Projko Hristovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Branslav Ignatovski in the 95th minute of play. If Sima Vangelovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 101st minute Gabrovnik FK were awarded a corner. Risto Bogatinov went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Gerasim Metodijev almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rankovce's Projko Hristovski did a great save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rankovce walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
