After a defensive mix-up in Ratevo's zone, Aleksej Čalovski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blerim Dimov came out of the goal and Aleksej Čalovski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Milan Bejko scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Blerim Dimov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Toni Dojčinovski went to the wrong direction when Stevan Hristov was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Agron Vidoevski shot from long distance in the 16th minute, but Blerim Dimov was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After a rather tough play, Marino FK's Milan Bejko got a free kick in the 17th minute. Milan Bejko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Blerim Dimov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agim Damjanovski during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute of the match Agron Vidoevski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Blerim Dimov skillfully saved the ball. Sašo Jordanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toni Dojčinovski having to interfere. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marino FK's goalkeeper Toni Dojčinovski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With 40 minutes on the clock, Stevan Hristov commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 57th minute, Sašo Jordanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Ratevo's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksej Čalovski came free, but Blerim Dimov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Todor Spiridonov's late challenge caught a Ratevo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Todor Spiridonov helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Marino FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agron Vidoevski during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milan Bejko in the 89th minute of play forced Ratevo's goalkeeper Blerim Dimov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
