Zdravko Vidoevski started the match with the kick off. Nikodim Mojsiev struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Nikita Gruevski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bansko. The supporters of Bansko booed when Ljubaništa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vegim Gilevski didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikodim Mojsiev in the 36th minute of play forced Ljubaništa's goalkeeper Nikita Gruevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ljubaništa's zone, Nikodim Mojsiev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikita Gruevski came out of the goal and Nikodim Mojsiev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kujtim Filimon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Ljubaništa's goalkeeper Nikita Gruevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nikodim Mojsiev. In the 57th minute, Nikodim Mojsiev fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nikita Gruevski, passed just outside the right post. 59 minutes into the match, Zdravko Vidoevski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Milan Prodanoski. Bansko's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zdravko Vidoevski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Zdravko Vidoevski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milan Prodanoski having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, Ljubaništa's Ruse Jordanov tried to score from far away in the 76th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Nikodim Mojsiev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nikita Gruevski. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ljubaništa fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bansko had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
