When Arse Iliev fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Davidovo's protests and gave Arse Iliev a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th match minute, Davidovo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arse Iliev to maneuver through the defense. Bledar Boševski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zlatan Tupurkovski in the 11th minute of the match. Davidovo's Vlatko Angelov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ardi Emini in the 14th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Orlanci got a freekick which was hit by Dobrica Antič. After a rather tough play, Orlanci's Agron Carevski got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Zlatan Tupurkovski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Orlanci's zone, Risto Rangelov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bledar Boševski came out of the goal and Risto Rangelov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pere Sazdanoski hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Metodij Berišaj, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Davidovo's Risto Rangelov got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dalibor Berišaj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Vlatko Angelov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Arse Iliev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Davidovo's supporters rose to their feet, but Arse Iliev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bledar Boševski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bledar Boševski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zlatan Tupurkovski in the 45th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zlatan Tupurkovski was the one to do the kick off. Risto Rangelov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Zlatan Tupurkovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlanci's Bledar Boševski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zlatan Tupurkovski in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute Žarko Krasnicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlatko Angelov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Risto Rangelov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Vlatko Angelov managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Orlanci's Dalibor Berišaj fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ardi Emini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Vlatko Angelov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalibor Berišaj scored 0-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vlatko Angelov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Orlanci walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
