Paskal Bogatinov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baškim Jerkovič having to interfere. Baškim Jerkovič made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paskal Bogatinov in the 17th minute of play. Stamen Karev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrej Stojakovič in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, FC Borec 2011's goal looked a bit too open when Paskal Bogatinov came free, but Baškim Jerkovič reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agron Janev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baškim Jerkovič read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Gazmend Čalovski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Stamen Karev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gazmend Čalovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
