If Todor Stefanovič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aca Trpeski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Todor Stefanovič in the 5th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Argjend Filipov during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Маврово! Arsenij Dapčevski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Маврово's Mandet Slavev got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17th match minute, Modrič Sloboda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miron Dzaferi to maneuver through the defense. Todor Stefanovič received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Aca Trpeski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Modrič Sloboda's zone, Mandet Slavev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bekim Filkovski came out of the goal and Mandet Slavev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, Modrič Sloboda's goal looked a bit too open when Mandet Slavev came free, but Bekim Filkovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Маврово's Aca Trpeski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Маврово from getting a goal against them. Nderim Pančevski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Bekim Filkovski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihajlo Vangelov kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Bekim Filkovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mandet Slavev in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Todor Stefanovič was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenij Dapčevski in the 56th minute of play forced Modrič Sloboda's goalkeeper Bekim Filkovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nderim Pančevski's late challenge caught a Modrič Sloboda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nderim Pančevski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Modrič Sloboda booed when Маврово was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nderim Pančevski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 minutes, Arsenij Dapčevski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Маврово and the Modrič Sloboda players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arsenij Dapčevski hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Aca Trpeski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Todor Stefanovič, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. A collision led to Modrič Sloboda getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Mihajlo Vangelov hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mandet Slavev got free with Bekim Filkovski in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute Arsenij Dapčevski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bekim Filkovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Маврово getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Mandet Slavev hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ljupčo Gerasimov sped through Маврово's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aca Trpeski. For all the effort they put into the match, the Маврово players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Modrič Sloboda.
