Spase Utkov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lefter Smilenski came out and tried to block the shot, but Spase Utkov slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. The supporters of Gabar booed when Zletovo Rabotnički was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sreten Zafirovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, Alek Nestorovski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dojčin Ristanovič blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lefter Smilenski having to make a save. Makedon Karev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ordan Davidovski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zletovo Rabotnički's Ordan Davidovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Gegovski in the 17th minute of play. If Dojčin Ristanovič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the game, Arton Hadzidimov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zletovo Rabotnički's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gabar the free kick. In the 23rd minute, Arton Hadzidimov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes in the game, Arton Hadzidimov fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lefter Smilenski having to interfere. If Ivo Gegovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Zletovo Rabotnički getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Mitre Naumov hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Makedon Karev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gabar's supporters rose to their feet, but Makedon Karev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ordan Davidovski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute, Ivo Gegovski made a precise shot to the right of Ordan Davidovski. Zletovo Rabotnički's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Ordan Davidovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Gegovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Makedon Karev to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spase Utkov in the 52nd minute of play forced Gabar's goalkeeper Lefter Smilenski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arton Hadzidimov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dojčin Ristanovič sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alek Nestorovski charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Ivo Gegovski took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Ordan Davidovski to make any attempt to save it. Zletovo Rabotnički's Ordan Davidovski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Zletovo Rabotnički from getting a goal against them. If Dojčin Ristanovič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ordan Davidovski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivo Gegovski in the 78th minute. In the 81st match minute, Gabar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krale Debarliev to maneuver through the defense. Gabar's Ivo Gegovski got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dojčin Ristanovič might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lefter Smilenski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
