The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Lešnica's goal looked a bit too open when Tomislav Stojakovič came free, but Nedelko Minovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Urgovski hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Milorad Pimenov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Branimir Rugova tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milorad Pimenov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Branimir Rugova made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Velgošti's goal looked a bit too open when Slobodan Dončevski came free, but Branimir Rugova reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milorad Pimenov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Slobodan Dončevski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Branimir Rugova. Velgošti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Slobodan Dončevski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Slobodan Dončevski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Branimir Rugova tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milorad Pimenov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Branimir Rugova read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Slobodan Dončevski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Branimir Rugova was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Branimir Rugova made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milorad Pimenov in the 37th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Slobodan Dončevski made a kick off. In the 54th match minute, Velgošti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balluš Miševski to maneuver through the defense. Milorad Pimenov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Branimir Rugova having to make a save. Branimir Rugova showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slobodan Dončevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Nedelko Minovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ognen Kostadinov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lešnica's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
