In the 2nd minute, one of Tresonče Partizan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tresonče Partizan. Ljubanci Napredok were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Tresonče Partizan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zograf Dimiškovski took the corner. Dimitrije Ignatov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kosta Jasari in the 8th minute of play. Cvetko Savevski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dimitrije Ignatov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. If Cvetko Savevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bane Babunski kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Dimitrije Ignatov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kosta Jasari in the 23rd minute of the match. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dimitrije Ignatov. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kosta Jasari made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Tresonče Partizan's goal looked a bit too open when Cvetko Savevski came free, but Dimitrije Ignatov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kosta Jasari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
