Nebošja Rugova's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dranuš Mihailovič read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. If Trajko Icevski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikola Karov in the 22nd minute of play forced German's goalkeeper Pane Dedejski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Sande Grčevski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lopatica Partizan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave German the free kick. The supporters of German booed when Lopatica Partizan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sande Grčevski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marin Vangelov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Lopatica Partizan's goal looked a bit too open when Nebošja Rugova came free, but Dranuš Mihailovič reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dranuš Mihailovič made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nebošja Rugova in the 28th minute of play. If Marin Vangelov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sande Grčevski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 30 minutes had been played. In the 31st minute, Sande Grčevski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Marin Vangelov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. German's Nebošja Rugova got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lopatica Partizan's Dranuš Mihailovič played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nebošja Rugova in the 37th minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, German was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragoljub Gojkovič to maneuver through the defense. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Trajko Icevski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lopatica Partizan:s Dranuš Mihailovič showed great skill when he stopped Erkand Partenijev:s penalty. In the 67th minute, Trajko Icevski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pane Dedejski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 75 minutes, Slavoljub Hristov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lopatica Partizan and the German players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dragoljub Gojkovič sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erkand Partenijev took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dranuš Mihailovič. Lopatica Partizan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marin Vangelov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
