Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Gabrovo's Miron Dedejski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Žarko Petrov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miron Dedejski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabrovo's Miron Dedejski got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 10 played minutes Gabrovo got a freekick which was hit by Slavoljub Georgijevski. Gavril Trajkov, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Lirian Gligorovski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Balluš Rajkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Gabrovo's goal looked a bit too open when Lirian Gligorovski came free, but Balluš Rajkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sašo Utkov's late challenge caught a Gabrovo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sašo Utkov helped the player get up and apologised. Sašo Utkov hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Stefan Lozanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žarko Petrov having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Stefan Lozanov put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Žarko Petrov. When Vlastimir Radevski came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Sonje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vlastimir Radevski couldn't finish the play. After having played for 46 minutes, Stefan Lozanov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gabrovo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Lozanov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When Sašo Utkov came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Sonje fans jumped to their feet. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nikodim Zafirski during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes Gabrovo got a freekick which was hit by Nikodim Zafirski. In the 67th minute, Lirian Gligorovski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nikodim Zafirski got his second yellow card in the match during the 68th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Gabrovo getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Nikodim Zafirski hit a great ball. Stefan Lozanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žarko Petrov having to interfere. Vlastimir Radevski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 77 minutes, Ljubomir Prodanoski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gabrovo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ljubomir Prodanoski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Balluš Rajkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lirian Gligorovski in the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Lirian Gligorovski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sonje's Vlastimir Radevski got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zdravko Kjani hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Sonje supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gabrovo's performance. The match ended with a win for Gabrovo.
