Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ludwig Mahler started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Radlett City's goalkeeper Edward Schmit, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcus Mahler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Heidenreich having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Timothy von Hompesch zu Bolheim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Shipley's goalkeeper Freddy Heidenreich had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Mahler. In the 14th match minute, Radlett City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dion Braun to maneuver through the defense. Timothy von Hompesch zu Bolheim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Freddy Heidenreich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Lippmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leo Lippmann took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edward Schmit. Edward Schmit dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Edward Schmit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Lippmann in the 32nd minute of the match. Ludwig Mahler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Shipley's Leo Lippmann in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Radlett City's goalie prevented a goal. Freddy Heidenreich stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Mahler's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Ludwig Mahler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Edward Schmit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Timothy von Hompesch zu Bolheim made the kick off in the second half. Radlett City's Marcus Mahler got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Shipley defense, Marcus Mahler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Freddy Heidenreich. The Shipley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Freddy Heidenreich should have stopped the shot. Timothy von Hompesch zu Bolheim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Freddy Heidenreich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Shipley's goal looked a bit too open when Timothy von Hompesch zu Bolheim came free, but Freddy Heidenreich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radlett City's Marcus Mahler got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Radlett City's Edward Schmit got control of the ball when Leo Lippmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Freddy Heidenreich was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Shipley's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
