Dennis Rauschenberger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt White in the 14th minute of the match. Dennis Rauschenberger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt White in the 16th minute of play. Kurt White could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Dennis Rauschenberger made a huge save. Dennis Rauschenberger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rob Jewson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Buster Hall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dennis Rauschenberger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luxembourg's Kurt White got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Manor Park's goal looked a bit too open when Buster Hall came free, but Dennis Rauschenberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Austen Sawbridge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Rauschenberger having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Buster Hall in the 30th minute of play forced Manor Park's goalkeeper Dennis Rauschenberger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Dennis Rauschenberger successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Austen Sawbridge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 35 in the game by Kurt White from a close distance when the talented Dennis Rauschenberger managed to make a qualified save. Manor Park's players were relieved. Ivan Halliday showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerd Fux in the 37th minute of the match. Louis Backer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ivan Halliday tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Austen Sawbridge got free with Dennis Rauschenberger in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 46 minutes, Kurt White mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luxembourg and the Manor Park players grew even worse after the yellow card.

After 55 played minutes Manor Park got a freekick which was hit by Ted Quattlebaum. Kurt White received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Dennis Rauschenberger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luxembourg made a substitution. Leo Osmond replaced Buster Hall. Manor Park's Dennis Rauschenberger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Austen Sawbridge in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Manor Park's goal looked a bit too open when Austen Sawbridge came free, but Dennis Rauschenberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Manor Park was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stan Augenstein to maneuver through the defense. When Austen Sawbridge came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Luxembourg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Austen Sawbridge couldn't finish the play. In the 80th match minute, Luxembourg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacob Land to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leo Osmond in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Rauschenberger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 88 played minutes Manor Park got a freekick which was hit by Bodo Horowitz.
