Silvester Lampadius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kevin Hutchinson went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 17 played minutes Purbrook United got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Foster. Kevin Hutchinson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paxeko's Silvester Lampadius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Paxeko from getting a goal against them. Rodney Warburton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Claude Weber in the 29th minute of the match. Jean-Claude Weber's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodney Warburton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Hansen in the 48th minute of play forced Purbrook United's goalkeeper Rodney Warburton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Purbrook United's Steven Groom got a free kick in the 59th minute. 60 minutes in the game, Martin Hansen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rodney Warburton having to interfere. The supporters of Paxeko booed when Purbrook United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Medlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Michael Medlin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Purbrook United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paxeko the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of Purbrook United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Paxeko:s goal. In the 69th minute there was a penalty for Paxeko. Noah Rauschenberger stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rodney Warburton. 2-1. After 73 played minutes Purbrook United got a freekick which was hit by Michael Medlin. Martin Hansen struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Rodney Warburton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paxeko. Paxeko's Silvester Lampadius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Wagstaff in the 90th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Purbrook United's corner Michael Medlin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Silvester Lampadius quite easily take care of the ball. When Romeo Wagstaff, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 94 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Silvester Lampadius was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Kevin Hutchinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvester Lampadius having to interfere. Matty Hammerschmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
