Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jérôme Behm got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute, Giles Reuter reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Perry Lichtenstein. The goal made the score 1-0. Ernie Hauer charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernie Hauer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ernie Hauer hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 12 played minutes Ebley AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rudy Breitbarth. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giles Reuter during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ebley AFC's Fredrik Günther got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fredrik Günther's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Perry Lichtenstein read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Ruben Steffen kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Giles Reuter succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. 31 minutes into the match, Ebley AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jérôme Behm came free, but Philip Amann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Giles Reuter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perry Lichtenstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giles Reuter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perry Lichtenstein having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Fredrik Günther left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ebley AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giles Reuter to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ebley AFC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ralph Redoute hit a great ball. The long shot by Albert Franzmann in the 53rd minute really tested Philip Amann's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 57th minute of the match, Jérôme Behm tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Philip Amann saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jérôme Behm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Amann having to interfere. Adam Behm charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adam Behm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ebley AFC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Adam Behm hit a great ball. Billy Achenbach who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Philip Amann when he managed to save the team from getting behind. RFC Union Luxembourg's Perry Lichtenstein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giles Reuter in the 65th minute of play. If Fredrik Günther had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by Billy Achenbach got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, Ebley AFC's Philip Amann got control of the ball when Billy Achenbach tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ernie Hauer got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Philip Amann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jérôme Behm in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jérôme Behm in the 80th minute of play forced Ebley AFC's goalkeeper Philip Amann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Philip Amann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jérôme Behm, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the game, Ralph Redoute was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ebley AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RFC Union Luxembourg the free kick. 82 minutes into the game, one of Ebley AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 84th minute there was a penalty for RFC Union Luxembourg. Albert Franzmann stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Philip Amann. 3-2. After 93 played minutes RFC Union Luxembourg got a freekick which was hit by Billy Achenbach. 98 minutes into the match, Ebley AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jérôme Behm came free, but Philip Amann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ebley AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while RFC Union Luxembourg had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
