Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luka von Axelson in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johnny Bentley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the match, FC Déifferdeng 03's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Wardell came free, but Robert Kaiser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lee Mumford hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Johnny Bentley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka von Axelson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Partington AFC's goalkeeper Johnny Bentley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Partington AFC booed when FC Déifferdeng 03 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louis Weiss didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Abraham Wardell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Partington AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Wardell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 44 played minutes Partington AFC got a freekick which was hit by Kasey Singleton. Johnny Bentley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luka von Axelson, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luka von Axelson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edmund Behrend struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Johnny Bentley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Déifferdeng 03. If Edmund Behrend had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 54 minutes into the match, Luka von Axelson notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Partington AFC's Johnny Bentley. Johnny Bentley was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abraham Wardell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luka von Axelson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnny Bentley having to interfere. Johnny Bentley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Behrend in the 67th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Mike Carragher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Partington AFC's Johnny Bentley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luka von Axelson in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of Partington AFC booed when FC Déifferdeng 03 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liam von Ancken didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gustav Kiefer fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Déifferdeng 03's protests and gave Gustav Kiefer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th match minute, FC Déifferdeng 03 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Kiefer to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Abraham Wardell reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robert Kaiser. The goal made the score 2-2. Robert Kaiser was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abraham Wardell showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 92 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Déifferdeng 03's zone, Abraham Wardell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Kaiser came out of the goal and Abraham Wardell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
