Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fredrik Trausch got the match started through his kick off. Peter Böckler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Trausch, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. The Desert Fury fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Desert Fury's Jupp Kieffer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 18 minutes, Fredrik Trausch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Preston's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredrik Trausch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Axel Pickler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tristan Fleischhacker was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Fredrik Trausch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the game, Bernhard Feldmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Tristan Fleischhacker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Desert Fury's zone, Fredrik Trausch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter Böckler came out of the goal and Fredrik Trausch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Axel Pickler made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match Vincent Huppert sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Peter Böckler skillfully saved the ball. The attack was good, but when Fredrik Trausch in the 53rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Fredrik Trausch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Axel Pickler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Fleischhacker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Preston getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Franck Steffen hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jupp Kieffer during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Preston booed when Desert Fury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jupp Kieffer didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Desert Fury's Bernhard Feldmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tristan Fleischhacker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Tristan Fleischhacker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jupp Kieffer in the 73rd minute of play. Moritz Hansen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Böckler having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Fredrik Trausch managed to get in a good position for a shot. Preston's supporters rose to their feet, but Fredrik Trausch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Böckler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peter Böckler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Trausch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desert Fury's Jupp Kieffer got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Jupp Kieffer off the ground. After 88 played minutes Desert Fury got a freekick which was hit by Jupp Kieffer. After having played for 91 minutes, Fredrik Trausch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Preston's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredrik Trausch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Preston supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Desert Fury's performance. The match ended with a win for Desert Fury.
