The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the game, Kristopher Frost was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wigston City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oswaldtwistle FC the free kick. Kris Thorne didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Nassau went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Franz Rhodes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenny Günzburg having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Klaus Pickler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oswaldtwistle FC and the Wigston City players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Oswaldtwistle FC's Klaus Pickler got a free kick in the 24th minute. After 25 minutes, Kristopher Frost made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Franz Rhodes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenny Günzburg having to interfere. Kristopher Frost received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Kenny Günzburg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
