Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lazlo Achenbach kicked off to start the match. Lazlo Achenbach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenny Günzburg having to interfere. After some careless play in the Epsom FC defense, Eddie Schleck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karlheinz Schröder. The Epsom FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karlheinz Schröder should have stopped the shot. After 19 minutes Oswaldtwistle FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Freddie Gesner who took care of the corner kick. 24 minutes into the match, Lazlo Achenbach dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kenny Günzburg, 1-1. In the 29thth minute of the game Lazlo Achenbach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oswaldtwistle FC's Kenny Günzburg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kenny Günzburg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Félix Hartmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lars Habermann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenny Günzburg having to interfere. The Epsom FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Oswaldtwistle FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Nassau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Leo Nassau came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Oswaldtwistle FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Nassau couldn't finish the play. Oswaldtwistle FC's Kenny Günzburg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Habermann in the 55th minute of play. Lazlo Achenbach took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenny Günzburg. Kenny Günzburg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 61st minute Leo Nassau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karlheinz Schröder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karlheinz Schröder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Nassau in the 64th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Oswaldtwistle FC's Leo Nassau slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karlheinz Schröder. That made the score 2-3 after 65 minutes of play. In the 71st minute, Epsom FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Leo Nassau fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Epsom FC booed when Oswaldtwistle FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luka Schlaustein didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lazlo Achenbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Epsom FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Nassau came free, but Karlheinz Schröder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Oswaldtwistle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lazlo Achenbach came free, but Kenny Günzburg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars Habermann might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kenny Günzburg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lars Habermann ran back to his position shaking his head. Lazlo Achenbach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenny Günzburg having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Klaus Pickler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Oswaldtwistle FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
