Vincent Ludwick's late challenge caught a EMINEM FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hellmuth Baumstark to make the kick off. Bodo von Fürstenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Katzenbach in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, BrøndbyIF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Isaac Aumann fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Max Bodenschatz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the game, BrøndbyIF's Hellmuth Baumstark nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bodo von Fürstenberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3.
