Yannick Böhm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adrian Schröder having to make a save. Adrian Schröder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steffen Gerhardt in the 11th minute of play. If Yannick Böhm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Karl Kaiser fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atherstone's protests and gave Karl Kaiser a yellow card for diving instead. Karl Kaiser hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Noah Fürstenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Drachmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Atherstone's Florian Hübsch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Noah Fürstenberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Florian Hübsch scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noah Fürstenberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yannick Böhm had several of the Atherstone's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 28 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Adrian Schröder as he didn't even see the shot coming. After having played for 32 minutes, Yannick Böhm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FLAMENGO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yannick Böhm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yannick Böhm got free with Adrian Schröder in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Noah Fürstenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Hübsch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noah Fürstenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Hübsch, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Yannick Böhm made the kick off in the second half. Harold Nosbusch hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Henry Auerswald took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Noah Fürstenberg. FLAMENGO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thibault Fürstenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yannick Böhm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Adrian Schröder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thibault Fürstenberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Noah Fürstenberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Noah Fürstenberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florian Hübsch in the 67th minute. Thibault Fürstenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Noah Fürstenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Emil Glöckner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. When Terry Breitinger fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atherstone's protests and gave Terry Breitinger a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atherstone! Adrian Schröder had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Tom Favre's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A collision led to FLAMENGO getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Milo Böhm hit a great ball. Noah Fürstenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thibault Fürstenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
