After a rather tough play, Bergamo FC's Cesare Testa got a free kick in the 10th minute. Andrea Baggio succeeded in the game's 18th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Ercole Volponi scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eraldo Battisti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ercole Volponi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arrigo Di Rocco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eraldo Battisti having to interfere. Eraldo Battisti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arrigo Di Rocco in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arrigo Di Rocco in the 38th minute of play forced Rasiglio FC's goalkeeper Eraldo Battisti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Andrea Baggio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Rasiglio FC booed when Bergamo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Sansoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Bergamo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Baggio came free, but Anthony Rosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 61 minutes, Attilio Marra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rasiglio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Attilio Marra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anthony Rosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrea Baggio in the 64th minute of play. Anthony Rosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrea Baggio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anthony Rosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Attilio Marra's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. If Andrea Baggio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 played minutes Bergamo FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesare Testa. Rasiglio FC's Andrea Baggio got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andrea Baggio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rasiglio FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bergamo FC for a fine match.
