Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Damiano Mozzoni fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viadagola's protests and gave Damiano Mozzoni a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Polanesi FC booed when Viadagola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damiano Mozzoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Achille Falone in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Renzetti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 8 played minutes, Viadagola's Ferdinando Vani shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Armando Renzetti came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Viadagola reached it. In the 11th minute, Armin Trevisani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Donato Testi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute of the match Emilio Giammarino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfonso Mirto skillfully saved the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Polanesi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Achille Falone came free, but Armando Renzetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Achille Falone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armando Renzetti having to make a save. Polanesi FC's Armando Renzetti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferruccio Macchia in the 22nd minute of play. During the 29th minute of the match Damiano Mozzoni completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Damiano Mozzoni a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Damiano Mozzoni hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 31 minutes, Achille Falone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viadagola and the Polanesi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Viadagola getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Achille Falone hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Aurelio Renzetti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polanesi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelio Renzetti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Mirto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the match, Polanesi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferruccio Macchia came free, but Armando Renzetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Aurelio Renzetti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polanesi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelio Renzetti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donato Testi made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Donato Testi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Polanesi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A collision led to Viadagola getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Achille Falone hit a great ball. Aurelio Renzetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viadagola's Alfonso Mirto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Renzetti in the 62nd minute of play. Aurelio Renzetti took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfonso Mirto. Alfonso Mirto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Fulvio Bizzarri's late challenge caught a Polanesi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulvio Bizzarri helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Viadagola's Fulvio Bizzarri got a free kick in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the match, Viadagola's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Renzetti came free, but Alfonso Mirto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Aurelio Renzetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Mirto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Polanesi FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Aurelio Renzetti hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Testi in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfonso Mirto saved Viadagola from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Polanesi FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Viadagola had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
