Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Camillo Lazzaro kicked off to start the match. Alexander Mazzocco made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Augusto Sangermano sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Briganti hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Palermo's Alvise Gabriele got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Attilio Tieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Sangermano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 19th playminute. Guzzano's Camillo Lazzaro got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Palermo's goalkeeper Alexander Mazzocco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Augusto Sangermano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Mazzocco was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Alvise Gabriele recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexander Mazzocco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camillo Lazzaro in the 43rd minute of the match. Attilio Tieri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beppe Marinacci having to interfere. The Palermo fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Palermo's Attilio Tieri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

Alvise Gabriele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56thth minute of the game Attilio Tieri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guzzano's Beppe Marinacci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute, Cristoforo Pompilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvise Gabrieles short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Beppe Marinacci to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Guzzano booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmondo Negrini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Sangermano spun around in front of the goal 63 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Palermo's goal. Palermo's Alexander Mazzocco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo Pompilio in the 68th minute of play. Attilio Tieri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Beppe Marinacci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Lazzaro in the 76th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Alexander Mazzocco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Guzzano's Beppe Marinacci got control of the ball when Alvise Gabriele tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beppe Marinacci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Tieri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvise Gabriele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guzzano's Beppe Marinacci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Guzzano from getting a goal against them.
