Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arturo Centofanti started the match with the kick off. If Arturo Centofanti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 played minutes, Tedeschi's Enrico Di Liddo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dino Natale came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tedeschi reached it. Enrico Zappacosta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Parente having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Daniele Fiore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frank Parente was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Tedeschi's Aldo Diana got a free kick in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Tedeschi getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Francesco Moretti hit a great ball. Avegno's Bianco Vieri couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tedeschi. Daniele Fiore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 35 minutes, Enrico Zappacosta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avegno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrico Zappacosta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arturo Centofanti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Dino Natale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tedeschi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bianco Vieri was slow to take the kick. During this time Avegno's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Bianco Vieri almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tedeschi's Frank Parente did a great save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniele Fiore made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Demetrio Di Francesco during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 53rd minute, one of Tedeschi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tedeschi. The referee gave Avegno a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bianco Vieri, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tedeschi's Frank Parente. 1-0. In the 59th minute, Enrico Zappacosta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Biagio Vitucci hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Enrico Zappacosta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Parente having to interfere. After 75 minutes, Arturo Centofanti made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Avegno's Dino Natale tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute, Arturo Centofanti fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 82 played minutes Avegno got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Porcu. If Diego Menna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Menna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Dino Natale made a huge save. Diego Menna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Daniele Fiore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frank Parente was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Tedeschi's Demetrio Zarillo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
