Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eraldo Collovati started the match with the kick off. Antonello Chiappini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Damiano Martorella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Emiliano Pasinati notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Peseggia's Damiano Martorella. Damiano Martorella was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eraldo Collovati in the 8th minute of play forced Trofarello's goalkeeper Alvaro Campitelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Alex Di Fabio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernesto Fioravanti charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Fioravanti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eraldo Collovati received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alvaro Campitelli came out and tried to block the shot, but Eraldo Collovati slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 20th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonello Chiappini in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damiano Martorella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvaro Campitelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eraldo Collovati in the 25th minute of play. Peseggia's Damiano Martorella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Pasinati in the 27th minute of play. Antonello Chiappini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Martorella having to interfere. Aldo Clemente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Trofarello's Alvaro Campitelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eraldo Collovati in the 45th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Antonello Chiappini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damiano Martorella. Peseggia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antonello Chiappini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonello Chiappini stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emiliano Pasinati might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damiano Martorella. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Pasinati ran back to his position shaking his head. Alvaro Campitelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Di Fabio in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Alex Di Fabio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peseggia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 63rdth minute of the game Antonello Chiappini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peseggia's Damiano Martorella was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Antonello Chiappini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trofarello's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonello Chiappini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antonello Chiappinis short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Damiano Martorella to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aldo Clemente charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aldo Clemente the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Aldo Clemente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Di Fabio in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Campitelli saved Trofarello from getting behind. Alex Di Fabio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Alvaro Campitelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Trofarello's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aldo Menna was slow to take the kick. During this time Peseggia's players had a chance to rest. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Antonello Chiappini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trofarello's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonello Chiappini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damiano Martorella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
