Fortunato Rivera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Mazzei in the 46th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the match, Gaggio's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Mazzei came free, but Fortunato Rivera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Argate Brianza FC's zone, Davide Volta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ettore Fava came out of the goal and Davide Volta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Gaggio's Bianco Pomponio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ettore Fava narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Bianco Pomponio made a precise shot to the right of Ettore Fava. Argate Brianza FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. If Davide Volta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Diego Piacentini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Piacentini during the 91st minute.
