Fabrizio Del Duca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesare Larizza in the 28th minute of the match. Flavio Migliorati didn't quite understand what happened when in the 33 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Fabrizio Del Duca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Di Luca, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Angelo Di Luca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabrizio Del Duca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Cicchini in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alessandro Sorrentino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angelo Di Luca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Di Virgilio during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Cicchini couldn't finish the play.
