Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eraldo Di Sipio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cadibona's Aurelio Cinalli got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Fontanegli's zone, Aurelio Padula stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabiano Giocondo came out of the goal and Aurelio Padula tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabiano Giocondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Cinalli in the 12th minute of play. Eugenio Zarrella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Bussi having to interfere. If Eugenio Zarrella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cadibona's goalkeeper Anselmo Bussi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arrigo Cesarini took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabiano Giocondo. Fontanegli's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fabiano Giocondo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelio Padula in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eraldo Di Sipio in the 41st minute of play forced Cadibona's goalkeeper Anselmo Bussi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelio Padula blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabiano Giocondo having to make a save. 45 minutes into the match, Fontanegli's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Cinalli came free, but Fabiano Giocondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 53rd minute Eraldo Di Sipio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Bussi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Eraldo Di Sipio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fontanegli's supporters rose to their feet, but Eraldo Di Sipio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Bussi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabiano Giocondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Causio in the 59th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Eugenio Zarrella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fontanegli's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Zarrella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Bussi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cadibona's Aurelio Cinalli got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Eraldo Di Sipio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cadibona's Anselmo Bussi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eraldo Di Sipio in the 87th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredo Rullo during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anselmo Bussi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eraldo Di Sipio in the 89th minute of play. When Alfredo Rullo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 90 minutes had been played. Alfredo Rullo kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Aurelio Padula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Fontanegli players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Cadibona from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
