Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Bagni FC's Eugenio Brandini started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 12 played minutes Filippona got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Varglien. Francesco Barbanti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Carmine Russi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Brandini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmine Russi having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Bagni FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Pallini came free, but Ferdinando Di Muzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabio Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Di Muzio having to interfere. Carmine Russi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Brandini, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Ferdinando Varglien kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Eugenio Brandini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francesco Barbanti did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Carmine Russi 35 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Filippona's goalkeeper Carmine Russi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eugenio Brandini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Fabio Motta came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Filippona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabio Motta couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the game, Filippona's Fabio Motta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferdinando Di Muzio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabio Motta to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugenio Brandini in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carmine Russi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvaro Russo hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Ferdinando Di Muzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Motta in the 61st minute of the match. Carmine Russi came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bagni FC's Eugenio Brandini. But to his dismay, Eugenio Brandini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 67 played minutes Filippona got a freekick which was hit by Alex Mazzone. In the 69th minute, Andrea Meazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabrizio Pallini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Di Muzio having to interfere. The supporters of Bagni FC booed when Filippona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinando Varglien didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carmine Russi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Brandini, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Ferdinando Varglien's late challenge caught a Bagni FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferdinando Varglien helped the player get up and apologised. When Bagni FC's Eugenio Brandini in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Filippona's goalie prevented a goal. Filippona's Fabio Motta got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
