Filippo Rocco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Ruscitti in the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Pante's goalkeeper Filippo Rocco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bianco Leone. Alessandro Nazzari hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Bianco Leone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Gelsomini in the 23rd minute of play forced Zena AFC's goalkeeper Damiano Di Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damiano Gelsomini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Damiano Di Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Mussi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. The wind increased when Damiano Gelsomini made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Amerigo Tarquini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zena AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pante the free kick. The supporters of Zena AFC booed when Pante was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Nazzari didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Pante's Alessandro Nazzari got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Dave Guerini sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pante's Filippo Rocco didn't even have to move. After 60 played minutes Pante got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Nazzari. Filippo Rocco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Ruscitti, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Bernardo Ruscitti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Filippo Rocco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filippo Rocco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bianco Leone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damiano Gelsomini in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damiano Di Marino saved Zena AFC from getting behind. After 73 played minutes Zena AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alberigo Campese. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zena AFC! Filippo Rocco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bianco Leone in the 81st minute of the match. Filippo Rocco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bianco Leone's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Bernardo Ruscitti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damiano Gelsomini struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Damiano Di Marino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pante. The Pante supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pante would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
