When Ermanno Montaldi came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Vigo Meano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermanno Montaldi couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beppe Liberati in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cesare Lattanzio saved Porto Corsini AFC from getting behind. Vigo Meano FC's Ermanno Montaldi got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Montaldi in the 81st minute of play forced Porto Corsini AFC's goalkeeper Cesare Lattanzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmine Silvagni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Di Giuseppe having to interfere. In the 88th minute Fortunato Egidi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesare Lattanzio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Porto Corsini AFC's Carmine Silvagni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franco Di Giuseppe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Franco Di Giuseppe made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Carmine Silvagni sent off a good shot on target. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
