Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Antonello De Marchi made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Macerone AFC's Filippo De Bonis got a free kick in the 2nd minute. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Fabio Marzoli took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Alberigo Del Greco to make any attempt to save it. Elia Marinetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Fabio Marzoli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabio Marzoli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Del Greco having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Antonello De Marchi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Anfilogino Monaco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Antonello De Marchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Anfilogino Monaco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Colella in the 32nd minute of play forced Macerone AFC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Monaco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Antonello De Marchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Monaco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Macerone AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Grimaldi to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes Macerone AFC got a freekick which was hit by Frank Ciccone. Anfilogino Monaco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinando Marchesani in the 36th minute of play. Anfilogino Monaco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello De Marchi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Fedele Cilli hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. When Elia Marinetti came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Macerone AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elia Marinetti couldn't finish the play. Alvise Pich kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 67 minutes, Ferdinando Marchesani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garbagnate Milanese and the Macerone AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Garbagnate Milanese's goalkeeper Alberigo Del Greco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 76 minutes into the game, Macerone AFC's Fabio Marzoli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alberigo Del Greco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. In the 83rd minute, Filippo De Bonis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 84 played minutes, Garbagnate Milanese's Ferdinando Marchesani shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anfilogino Monaco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Garbagnate Milanese reached it. In the 91st minute Fabio Marzoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberigo Del Greco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Fausto Colella fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Macerone AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Garbagnate Milanese had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
