Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sambughe's Enzo Cimino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Cristoforo Aloisi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Biagio Carulli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmine Totaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Biagio Carulli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristoforo Aloisi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 played minutes Sambughe got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Carbonetti. 13 minutes into the game, Cristoforo Aloisi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Biagio Carulli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dennis Donato's late challenge caught a Sambughe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dennis Donato helped the player get up and apologised. Dennis Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 24 played minutes Sambughe got a freekick which was hit by Cristoforo Di Cicco. Dennis Donato hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Enzo Cimino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alpicella's Dino Masciarelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Sambughe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Carbonetti to maneuver through the defense. Carmine Totaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Biagio Carulli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carmine Totaro ran back to his position shaking his head. Sambughe's Cristoforo Di Cicco got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dino Masciarelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Cimino, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristoforo Aloisi was the one to do the kick off. Biagio Carulli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmine Totaro in the 55th minute. 55 minutes into the game, Aldo Carbonetti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sambughe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alpicella the free kick. A collision led to Sambughe getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Aldo Carbonetti hit a great ball. Cristoforo Aloisi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Biagio Carulli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Di Luzio in the 62nd minute of the match. Alpicella's Dino Masciarelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo Di Cicco in the 64th minute of play. Francesco Di Berardino hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute of the match Filippo Cerrone shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dino Masciarelli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dino Masciarelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Cimino in the 72nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Cristoforo Aloisi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alpicella's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristoforo Aloisi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Biagio Carulli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enzo Cimino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Masciarelli having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Sambughe's Cristoforo Di Cicco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dino Masciarelli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alpicella had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
