Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alvise Cosi kicked off to start the match. In the 8th minute, Aldo Ciapponi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Rulli in the 10th minute of play forced Cornaredo AFC's goalkeeper Franco Mastronardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 played minutes Cornaredo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Beppe Gizzi. When Aldo Piccinini came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Cornaredo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aldo Piccinini couldn't finish the play. Aldo Ciapponi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Franco Mastronardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Rulli, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Alfonso Rulli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Mastronardi having to interfere. Alfonso Rulli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
Antonio Orrore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Diego Gallucci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franco Mastronardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Rulli in the 55th minute of the match. Felice Macchione struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Franco Mastronardi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Lazzaro. After some careless play in the Cornaredo AFC defense, Felice Macchione kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Franco Mastronardi. The Cornaredo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Franco Mastronardi should have stopped the shot. Alvise Cosi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Concetto Marcon during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Diego Gallucci acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 82nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Aldo Ciapponi. Alfonso Rulli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Mastronardi having to interfere. The supporters of San Lazzaro booed when Cornaredo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Tucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. When San Lazzaro's Alfonso Rulli in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
